Got to write a classic

I’ve finally found the title I want for my blog.

Twirling Words was an anagram of Working Title , or more truthfully it was part of an anagram that I tweaked so as not to overly confuse anyone stumbling across the blog as to its purpose; or lack thereof.

I’ve always loved Classic by Adrian Gurvitz and I’ve always thought it was called “Classic in the Attic” Turns out I was close the actual lyrics are:

Got to write a classic
Got to write it in an attic
So as he’s not using the phrase after all I’m grabbing it.
No I’m not physically in an attic and as I grew up in  a basement flat I don’t have much experience of attics, but basements or terraced houses just don’t have the same artistic cache as garrets and attics.
But I now make a solemn vow that when I publish a classic and it brings in enough money I will move to an attic (erm penthouses count as attics don’t they?)
